I researched tool bags and tool box/cases for a while before i decided on the FACOM BS.T20PB - 20" INCH Toolbag.
I then found toolsense.co.uk was the cheapest on the internet, Great price - hard to find a decent sized, quality toolbag to fit everything i need in for less then £50.

This is a really well made toolbag, bigger than i expected but that def not a bag thing.

Have always had a square ridged tool box since starting out and have now changed jobs where my tools need to be carried about and a ridged tool was bulky and impracticable. I bought a FACOM tool tote which I am very pleased with. It arrived promptly and is everything I hoped it would be.

The pricing was a little confusing for this item as the product number was the same on two listed items but there was a discrepancy on the price. I used the online chat and the adviser was very helpful. Once he had clarified the price I went ahead with the order, however when I went to proceed a £3.99 delivery charge was added despite it advertised as free delivery. I spoke with the same adviser online and although a lengthy process he was able to reduce the product price to cost which when the delivery charge was added was cheaper than the listed price. As a customer I was obviously happy but this is something which needs to be addressed on the website in order to save the slight inconvienience that I had.
