Actually stumbled across Toolsense.co.uk whilst trying to find this particular product stocked in the UK as it was needed in a blind panic! Having spoken to a number of different potential suppliers, Steve at Toolsense was the one who really made me feel confident that he would pull out all the stops to get this to us in the time scale needed; it really was that important for our company at the time to ensure a key customer received their order as required and no-one else would guarantee me the required delivery date. Steve delivered as promised and I must say the customer service has been second to none. I have been in regular contact with Toolsense, and am actively trying to put as much business their way as possible. Excellent product, service and price.

Excellent customer service. A bit of a last-minute order for my husbands birthday. I emailed and asked if they could despatch my selected order promptly so that it would arrive in time. I got a personal response AND it arrived the day before they anticipated it to. Plenty of time to wrap it ready for him to open

I was searching online for a tool I wanted and found various online suppliers. I chose Toolsense as they offered next day delivery. I am glad to say the whole order went without a problem and I will certainly use them again.
